檢查蓄電池固定是否牢固,電解液應在上限和下限之間,接近下線(xiàn)時(shí)應及時(shí)補加電解液或蒸餾水至高位線(xiàn)。保持蓄電池正負電纜接觸良好,并保持蓄電池清潔干燥。放置時(shí)間較長(cháng)的攪拌車(chē)要摘下蓄電池的正負極電纜,相隔半個(gè)月左右重新接線(xiàn)起動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機約20分鐘后,如果電量明顯不足要及時(shí)充電。

空氣濾清器過(guò)臟會(huì )引起攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機工作不良、油耗過(guò)大,損壞發(fā)動(dòng)機等,檢查空氣濾清器時(shí),若發(fā)現灰塵較少,堵塞較輕,可用高壓空氣從內向外吹凈,繼續使用。過(guò)臟的空氣濾清器應及時(shí)更換。九、攪拌車(chē)火花塞的檢查正常的攪拌車(chē)火花塞絕緣陶瓷完好。沒(méi)有破裂漏電現象,火花塞間隙0.8+-0.0mm放電時(shí),火花呈藍色,較強。若發(fā)現異常需進(jìn)行調整間隙或更換火花塞。
