1、預拌混凝土的進(jìn)料攪拌：在發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速的情況下，將操作手柄撥至“進(jìn)料攪拌”的“高速”位置；
1. Feeding mixing of ready mixed concrete: when the engine is idling, turn the operating handle to the "high speed" position of "feeding mixing";
a、預拌混凝土的攪動(dòng)與攪拌車(chē)行駛：將操作手柄撥至“攪動(dòng)”位置；攪拌車(chē)行駛前須將駕駛室內的軟軸控制手柄提至鎖定位置；
a. Mixing of ready mixed concrete and driving of mixer truck: turn the operating handle to the "mixing" position; Before the mixer truck runs, the flexible shaft control handle in the cab must be raised to the locked position;
b、解除鎖定：將操作手柄向“進(jìn)料攪拌”側推到位，如在駕駛室內進(jìn)行操縱，只要將手柄退出鎖定位置，即可解除鎖定；
b. Unlocking: push the operating handle to the side of "feeding mixing" in place. If the handle is operated in the cab, it can be unlocked as long as the handle is pulled out of the locked position;
c、攪拌筒的停轉：將操作手柄撥至“空擋”。
c. Stop of mixing drum: turn the operating handle to "neutral".
注意：無(wú)論是將操作手柄從進(jìn)料側撥至出料側還是從出料側撥至進(jìn)料側，皆應使其在空擋位置稍作停留，待筒體停止轉動(dòng)后方可撥至下一操作位置。
Note: Whether the operating handle is moved from the feeding side to the discharging side or from the discharging side to the feeding side, it should stay in the neutral position for a while, and can be moved to the next operating position after the barrel stops rotating.
進(jìn)料前應先檢查攪拌筒內是否有水，如有積水，將發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速控制在700-1000rpm，將操縱手柄撥至出料位置，以便排除積水。
Before feeding, check whether there is water in the mixing drum. If there is water, control the engine speed at 700-1000rpm, and turn the operating handle to the discharge position to remove the water.
2、預拌混凝土：
2. Ready mixed concrete:
a、先注入總水量2/3的水；
a. Inject 2/3 of the total water volume first;
b、將1/2的粗骨料，1/2的砂，全部的水泥順次送入攪拌筒，隨后再將余下的1/2粗骨料和水送入；
b. 1/2 of the coarse aggregate, 1/2 of the sand and all the cement are sent into the mixing drum in sequence, and then the remaining 1/2 of the coarse aggregate and water are sent into the mixing drum;
c、攪拌筒轉速及攪拌時(shí)間：
c. Rotating speed and mixing time of mixing drum:
進(jìn)料時(shí)攪拌筒的轉速：6—10轉/分；
Rotating speed of mixing drum during feeding: 6-10 rpm;
攪拌時(shí)攪拌筒的轉速：6—10轉/分；
Rotating speed of mixing drum during mixing: 6-10 rpm;
攪拌時(shí)間：10—16分鐘。
Mixing time: 10-16 minutes.
d、攪拌完畢后的攪動(dòng)及出料方法與前述相同。
