1、班前應檢查稱(chēng)量裝置是否處于正常工作狀態(tài)，如有卡阻等影響稱(chēng)量精度的現象應及時(shí)排除。

2、檢查電氣部分的接線(xiàn)是否正確牢固，電氣箱外殼是否牢靠接地。

3、在運行中檢查各運轉部分是否運轉正常、輸送皮帶有無(wú)跑偏、皮帶與從動(dòng)輥之間有無(wú)異物掉入、如有異常情況停機排除。

4、各活動(dòng)部位應加注黃油，皮帶輥每年拆下加油一次。
