小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)如何清理土渣？
因為混凝土的廣泛使用，所以在很多工程中經(jīng)常會(huì )使用小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)，雖然體積不大，但是在運輸混凝土的時(shí)候還是會(huì )選擇它。在運輸途中隨時(shí)攪拌著(zhù)混凝土，很多人覺(jué)得上面的土渣很難清理，那么如何清理土渣呢？

一、準備好緊急驅動(dòng)軟管，將小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)熄火，卸下液壓馬達上的高壓油管接頭。將救援車(chē)熄火，將其液壓馬達的高壓油管卸下，并與故障車(chē)上的對應接頭用緊急驅動(dòng)軟管相連。發(fā)動(dòng)救援車(chē)，將其操縱手柄撥至出料位置，故障車(chē)內的混凝土即被排出。緊急驅動(dòng)完畢后，將驅動(dòng)軟管卸下，并恢復兩車(chē)原狀。
1、 Prepare the emergency drive hose, turn off the small concrete mixer, and remove the high pressure oil pipe connector on the hydraulic motor. Turn off the fire of the rescue vehicle, remove the high-pressure oil pipe of its hydraulic motor, and connect it with the corresponding connector on the fault vehicle with emergency drive hose. Start the rescue vehicle, turn its control handle to the discharging position, and the concrete in the fault vehicle will be discharged. After the emergency drive, remove the drive hose and restore the original state of the two vehicles.
二、在托輪和滾道之間放入木楔，以控制小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)攪拌筒的旋轉；將發(fā)動(dòng)機熄火，拆松液壓馬達的一根高壓油管，攪拌筒可自由旋轉，控制攪拌筒的旋轉，使維修孔轉到下部，然后打開(kāi)維修孔，清理出筒內混凝土。此時(shí)一定要注意安全，混凝土排出完畢后，恢復攪拌車(chē)原狀。
2、 A wooden wedge is placed between the supporting wheel and the raceway to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the small concrete mixer truck; the engine is turned off, and a high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic motor is loosened, and the mixing drum can rotate freely to control the rotation of the mixing drum, so that the maintenance hole is turned to the lower part, and then the maintenance hole is opened to clean out the concrete in the cylinder. At this time, we must pay attention to safety, after the concrete discharge, restore the original state of the mixer truck.
