如何保養混凝土自上料攪拌車(chē)的燃油系統？

1、及時(shí)加注燃油

混凝土攪拌車(chē)作業(yè)的過(guò)程中，操作人員要隨時(shí)關(guān)注燃油量，當燃油表顯示的燃油量接近“0”位時(shí)，要及時(shí)加注燃油。切忌等燃油用盡之后才添加，這樣做的后果不僅僅是造成柴油機無(wú)油后熄火，重要的是會(huì )導致空氣進(jìn)入燃油系統，一旦燃油系統中進(jìn)入了空氣，不僅浪費了燃油，而且排出去比較麻煩。

建議選擇適合混凝土攪拌車(chē)的高品質(zhì)燃油，質(zhì)量較差的燃油過(guò)濾不良，油泥、雜質(zhì)、水分，長(cháng)期積累，沉淀下來(lái)，容易堵塞油泵濾網(wǎng)，油管及噴油嘴。
